Longhouse Hominy Grits is our flagship grind, that most of you will recognize with the Southern term for them. Again, we Haudenosaunee call them “Mush”, and deeper still, others call them Samp and even Polenta. In this coarse dried form, our Longhouse Hominy Grits are better tasting, but are also better FOR you. We’re not lying about Lyeing, and that smokey flavor doesn’t hurt either.
