Red Jacket Hominy Grits are a great addition to our line up, named after the great Seneca Chief Red Jacket. They’re washed and ground from the heirloom corn known as Jimmy Red. Washed and dried with pecan, this hominy comes out a beautiful red color that’s popular as a Masa Harina from our Lyeing Mohawk line. I’m pretty fond of it with fresh strawberries and toasted pecans as well
